Do I have to leave my home during service? No there is no need to leave your home as our products are both safe for children and fur babies. 

What do I need to do to prepare? We do ask for all large furniture (bedroom sets, couches, etc. ) be moved from any duct work to allow about a foot access. 

How long does service take? This varies as not each home is alike, but typically service is complete within 1 1/2 till 3 hours. 

Will this eliminate my indoor allergies?  There is nothing currently proven to eliminate allergies however studies have shown cleaning duct work does alleviate the symptoms. 

What type of machines are used for cleaning the duct work? We use air care products and currently each team member is trained to use the turbojet 1912 v  which offers the ability to get to those hard to reach areas.
